Rachel Pagan, the Founder and Owner of The Heart of Makeup has been working in the beauty and entertainment industry for 13 years, specializing in beauty makeup for television, film, print and the wedding world. Rachel takes pride in her craft, by truly understanding that the art of makeup, looks, feels, and responds to each person uniquely. Rachel’s innate love for color theory and design, as well as her heart centered spiritual practices such as yoga and dance, has led her to create The Heart of Makeup. Makeup is not meant to conceal or hide, it is meant to evoke inner beauty through channeling one’s outer most layers.
